Kadian holds a Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling and Wellness from New York University. She works with adults across the lifespan, supporting clients through life transitions with a focus on maternal mental health. She offers an integrative approach that blends Psychodynamic Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Somatic Experiencing. She tailors each session to the individual, creating a space that honors each client’s unique experiences, needs and goals. With Kadian you will explore the roots of your concerns, uncover patterns, and identify new ways to heal, grow, and thrive.
Kadian joins Suite 14 with a decade of experience as a birth doula supporting diverse families. As a counselor, she specializes in family planning, perinatal mental health and early parenting concerns. She is deeply aware of how systemic factors and generational patterns shape these intimate moments in life.
Kadian brings an understanding of how emotional, physical, and relational well-being are connected, and approaches her work with warmth and empathy. She is committed to creating a compassionate, collaborative, and culturally responsive space where you feel truly seen, heard, and supported toward making meaningful change.
