She / Her / Hers

Radhika Reddy is a licensed clinical psychologist who enjoys working with children, teens, and adults from diverse backgrounds. As someone of South Asian descent who has personally navigated multiple cultures, she is deeply committed to providing culturally sensitive care.

Radhika specializes in helping individuals with TMS/neuroplastic symptoms (e.g., chronic pain, IBS, fatigue, fibromyalgia, dizziness, migraines). Her passion is fueled by her own personal recovery from many neuroplastic symptoms and witnessing the recovery of many of her clients.

Her therapeutic approach integrates a range of evidence-based and experiential modalities, including Pain Reprocessing Therapy (PRT), Emotional Awareness and Expression Therapy (EAET), Intensive Short-Term Dynamic Psychotherapy (ISTDP), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and Brainspotting.

Radhika’s style is warm, thoughtful, compassionate, nonjudgmental, highly collaborative, and results-oriented. Her goal is to help clients heal, build resilience, and feel empowered to live the lives they want!
